Account & Registration

Visit the page Register and fill in the basic details: full name, username, email address, phone number and password. After verifying your email, complete the KYC process by uploading your MyKad. The overall registration process typically takes less than 3 minutes for the form, and 15–30 minutes for KYC approval.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the redstag arena platform. The KYC process will verify your age through the identity documents submitted. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately.

No. redstag arena allows one account per individual only. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If detected, all related accounts will be closed and balances along with bonuses will be forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the forgot password function or contact support.

For Malaysian users, you will need to upload a copy of your MyKad (front and back) clearly. In some cases, a selfie holding your MyKad may be required for further verification. Make sure the image is not cropped, your name and IC number are clearly legible, and there is no glare obscuring any important details.

Login to your account and go to Account Settings > Personal Information. Changes to your email and phone number require verification via an OTP code for security purposes. For changes to your name or date of birth, please contact customer support with the appropriate supporting documents.

Deposits via FPX, DuitNow, and eWallet are typically processed instantly and the balance will be credited to your account within minutes. Direct bank transfers may take 15–30 minutes depending on your bank. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact support with proof of payment.

Withdrawal limits depend on your account's VIP level. The higher your VIP level, the higher your daily and weekly withdrawal limits. The minimum withdrawal typically starts from RM 30. For the latest limits by level, check the VIP section in your account settings after logging in.

A withdrawal may be delayed for several reasons:
